院前急救干预在急性冠脉综合征患者中的临床效果评价

目的：评价院前急救干预在急性冠脉综合征患者中的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析本院2009年11月～2010年5月收治的76例急性冠脉综合征患者的临床资料,进行院前急救干预的40例作为A组,未进行院前急救干预的36例作为B组,对两组患者的预后情况进行比较。结果：A组患者的胸痛改善程度明显优于B组,A组的心律失常、心力衰竭发生率均明显低于B组,A组患者的实验室检测指标明显优于B组,组间差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论：院前急救干预在急性冠脉综合征患者中的临床效果满意,有利于患者的康复,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical effects evaluation of Pre-hospital intervention in acute coronary syndrome

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of Pre-hospital intervention in acute coronary syndrome.Methods：From November 2009 to May 2010 in our hospital,the clinic data of 76 patients with acute coronary syndrome were retrospectively analyzed,40 cases with pre-hospital emergency intervention was regarded as group A,36 cases without pre-hospital emergency intervention was regarded as group B,the prognosis of two groups were compared.Results：The chest pain improvement of group A was better than group B,the rate of cardiacarrhythmia and heart failure of group A were significantly lower than group B,the laboratory test parameters of group A was better than group B,there were significant differences between two groups（all P0.05）.Conclusion：Pre-hospital intervention in acute coronary syndrome patients has satisfactory clinical results,it is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,and worth spreading.
