雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

目的：观察雷贝拉唑、奥美拉唑分别联合克拉霉素、替硝唑治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法：将126例确诊为Hp阳性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各63例。治疗组给予雷贝拉唑20mg/次,1次/d,连用4周;对照组给予奥美拉唑20mg/次,1次/d,疗程为4周。两组同时口服克拉霉素0.5g/次,2次/d,替硝唑0.5g/次,2次/d,连用1周。两组患者在治疗4周后复查胃镜并检测Hp感染状况,治疗中观察腹痛缓解率、溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率及用药后的不良反应等。结果：治疗组Hp根除率92.1%,对照组Hp根除率90.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组溃疡愈合率95.2%,对照组87.3%,治疗组治疗1、4d后疼痛缓解率分别为50.1%和85.7%,明显高于对照组的19.0%和41.3%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡起效快、疗效好、不良反应少,能较快缓解腹痛,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the curative effect of rebeprazole and omeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective：To observe the curative effect of triple therapy of rebeprazole＋ clarithromycin ＋ tinidazole,and omeprazole＋ clarithromycin＋ tinidazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer with positive helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods：A total of 126 cases peptic ulcer patients,who were diagnosed as positive Hp,were evenly divided into treatment group and control group.The rebeprazole of 20 mg were used in the treatment group,omeprazole of 20 mg were used in the control group,one time a day for four weeks.clarithromycin of 0.5 g and tinidazole of 0.5 g were used in all petients for two times a day,treatment 7 days.After 4-week＇s treatment,the patients in two groups were reexamined by gastroscope for the purpose of checking the Hp infection and rate of relief of abdominal pain,healing rate of ulcer,rate of elimination of Hp and harmful reaction after the use of drug.Results：The rates of elimination of Hp in treatment group and control group were respectively 92.1% and 90.5%,there was no any statistical significance differences（P0.05）.The healing rates were respectively 95.2% and 87.3%,and the rates of relief of abdominal pain of treatment group in first day and 4th day were respectively 50.1% and 85.7%,which were obviously higher than those（19.0% and 41.3%） in control group.The differences had the statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The triple therapy of rebeprazole in the treatment of positive Hp peptic ulcer has good efficacy,rapid action,and less adverse reaction,by which the abdominal pain can be relieved quickly.Therefore,it is valuable for the clinical popularization.
