影响急诊科护士心理健康的因素及改善措施

目的：通过调查北京市8所三级甲等综合性医院急诊护士的心理健康状况,寻找压力源及解决办法。方法：参考当前国际通用心理量表,课题组自行设计问卷,在经专家修订后,进行发放调查,应用SPSS13.0软件统计分析,数据处理用求平均数法及标准差法。结果：在12项心理压力影响因素中,排在前4位的是：待遇问题,风险意识,工作强度,医院管理情况。结论：提高专业技能,合理安排班次,优化工作环境,适当提高待遇可以相应地减轻急诊护理人员的心理压力,促进健康。

Influence factors of mental healthy of nurses in emergency room and its countermeasures

Objective：To look for the source of pressure and resolutions by investigating the mental health conditions of nurses in 8 top comprehensive hospitals＇ emergency section in Beijing city.Methods：The members of the research group worked out the questionnaires by themselves by referring to the psychology evaluation from that currently in general use throughout the world.Handing out the questionnaires after the experts＇ revision as well as counting and analyzing by SPSS 13.0 to find out an average.Results：These 4 aspects as below were the main factors that could affect the mental health of the situation of the administration in the hospital.Conclusion：The psychological stress of emergency nurses can be improved by promoting professional skills,arranging the timetable more reasonable,upgrading the working circumstances and heightening the level of salary.
