吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌37例临床观察

目的　观察吉西他滨 (GEM) +顺铂 (DDP)联合化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)疗效及毒副反应。方法　 37例NSCLC均采用GEM +DDP方案联合化疗 ,GEM10 0 0mg/m2 ,第 1、8d给药 ,DDP2 5mg/m2 ,第 1～ 3d给药 ,2 1d为一周期 ,完成 2周期以上评价疗效。结果　 37例中 ,无CR ,PR16例 ,有效率 (RR)为 43 .2 % ( 16 / 37) ,SD9例 ,PD12例 ;初治 2 1例 ,RR为 5 2 % ( 11/ 2 1) ;复治 16例 ,RR为 31.2 %( 5 / 16 )。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制及消化道反应。结论　GEM +DDP联合方案治疗晚期NSCLC疗效较好 ,初治优于复治 ,毒副反应较轻 ,值得推广应用。

GEM and DDP combination chemotherapy in the treatment of 37 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the combined chemotherapy efficacy and toxicity of GEM and DDP regimen on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods All the 37 patients were treated with GEM plus DDP regimen.GEM 10 0mg/m2 ivonday 1and 8;DDP 2 5mg/m2 ivonday 1to 3.Thetreatmentwasrecycledevery 2 1days,with atleasttwocycles.Results Completeresponsewasachievedin 0case,partialresponsein 16cases,stablein 9cas es,progressionin 12cases,Theoverallresponseratewas 43.2 % ( 16 / 37) .Theresponseratewas 5 2 % ( 11/ 2 1)for previouslyuntreatedpatientsand 31.2 % ( 5 / 16 )forpretreatedpatientsrespectively.Themainadversereactions weremyelosuppressionandgastrointestinalreaction .ConclusionTheGEMplusDDPcombinationisahighlyeffective regimenforpatientswithadvancedNSCLC ,withamanageabletoxicity .Theresponserateishigherinpreviously untreatedpatientsthanthatinpretreatedpatients.Itcanbeusedwidelyinclinicalwork .
