STD门诊患者泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及其药敏试验

目的 了解STD门诊支原体感染情况及耐药情况。方法 从265例患者的尿道和宫颈留取标本，进行支原体培养，阳性者再行10种抗生素药物试验。结果 265位惠者中有93位感染支原体，其感染率为35．1％；UU、MH以及UU MH混合感染率分别为：25．7％、3．0％及6．4％。对UU药敏试验较为敏感的抗生素有：强力霉素、美满霉素及交沙霉素，耐药率分别为61．8％、63．0％及58．8％。耐药性最高者为左旋氧氟沙星及氧氟沙星，耐药率分别为52．9％及50．0％。结论 泌尿生殖道中支原体普遍存在耐药性。强力霉素和美满霉素及交沙霉素是治疗生殖道支原体感染的首选药物。

To Study the Infected Status of Mycopladma and the Medicine Sensitivity Experiments in STD Cases

OBJECTIVE To realize the infected status of Mycopladma and the condition of drug endured in STD cases.METHODS Get the specimen from the urethra and the cervix in the 265 cases,and take the Mycopladma educate test,and the masculine cases are 10 antibiotic medicine experiments.RESULTS There are 93 cases that infected Mycopladma in the study group,the total infected rate is 35.1%;infected rates of UU,MH and UU MH is 25.7%,3.0%and 6.4?ch other.There are Doxycyline,Minomycin and Josamycin which are more sensitive antibiotics in the medicine senstivity experiments,the sensitive rate is 61.8%,63.0%and 58.8?ch other.CONCLUSIONS Mycopladma is drug endured ubiquity in genitourinary system.There are the fist choused medicines,Doxycycline,Minomycin and Josamycin,which treat Mycopladma infected in genitourinary system.
