| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小切口手术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的方法与优点。方法 借助冷光源及其他自制器械用小切口治疗腰椎管狭窄症。结果 手术 5 2例 ,平均随访 2 3年 ,根据JOA评定标准 ,优 4 8例 (92 3% ) ,良 3例 (5 8% ) ,可 1例 (1 9% )。结论 用小切口治疗腰椎管狭窄症具有创伤小、视野清、恢复快、疗效好、对脊柱结构破坏小等优点

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method and advantages of minimal invasive technique used to treat lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods Fifty two patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were treated using small incision to treat lumbar spinal stenosis with the help of cold light and other self made instruments.Results Altogether 52 cases of surgical treatment,2 3 years of visiting in average,according to JOA grade,excellent was in 48 cases (92 3%),good 3 cases (5 8%),fair 1 case (1 9%).Conclusion The method of small incision technique is a very promising way to treat lumbar spinal stenosis with smaller trauma,clearer view,quicker recovery,better results and minimum damage to spinal structure. |
