| 摘 要： | 目的探讨椎体假性滑脱好发部位及分型。方法收集1991-04—2001-09进行脊椎X线检查的患者8906例,其中颈椎1370例,胸椎596例,腰椎6940例。全组均摄取正侧位平片,部分加摄特殊体位及CT扫描。结果全组共发现椎体假性滑脱667例,其中颈椎假性滑脱66例(4.82%);胸椎假性滑脱7例(1.17%);腰椎假性滑脱594例(8.56%)。根据椎体滑脱发生部位的方向、数目及影像形态可分为4种类型、7种形态。结论椎体假性滑脱以腰椎为多。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the predisposing position and classification of pseudo vertebra spondylolisthrsis(PVS).Methods 8906 cases underwent spinal radiography from April 1991 to September 2001,including 1370 cases of cervical vertebra,596 of thoracic vertebra,6940 of lumbar vertebra were collected.All cases were examined with X-ray plain films of anteroposterior(AP)and lateral projections,a part of these cases were examined with other projections or CT scan.Results 667 cases of PVS were found in this group,including 66 cases of cervical vertebra(4.82% of all cases),7 cases of thoracic vertebra(1.17%),594 of lumbar vertebra(8.56%).According to the direction,modality and amount of surgent vertebra,PVS was divided into 4 types and 7 modes.Conclusion Most of PVS occurs at lumbar vertebra. |
