手足口病临时病区的护理管理方法与体会

目的总结组建手足口病临时病区的护理管理经验。方法通过迅速启动应急预案，成立筹备小组，对有限的人力资源进行有效整合，并进行合理的分工安排；采取灵活的护理质量控制方法，加强感染管理，简化护理工作流程。结果手足口病患儿得到有效的治疗和护理，671例治愈出院。无护理差错事故、并发症及交叉感染发生，患儿家属满意。结论科学的护理组织管理，是高效完成护理工作目标的重要保证。

Nursing management of the temporary unit for hand, foot and mouth disease

Objective To summary the experiences in the organization and nursing management of temporary unit for band, foot and mouth disease. Methods The measures included promptly starting-up the emergency response project, setting up an organization team to integrate the limited nursing human resource and allocate nurses and responsibilities rationally, taking flexible quality control measures, strengthening infection control and simplifying nursing work flow. Results A total of 671 children with hand, foot and mouth disease got effective treatment and nursing care. All the children were cured and discharged without nursing errors, complications and cross-infections. The parent satisfaction was high. Conclusion Scientific organization management is the key point to achieve the objectives of nursing with high-efficiency.
