| 摘 要： | 目的：建立以薄层色谱法鉴别蛇床苦参洗剂中蛇床子、黄柏、大青叶的方法。方法：薄层板为以羧甲基纤维素钠为粘合剂的硅胶G薄层板，检测方法为用展开剂展开后晾干或置于365nm的紫外灯下检视。结果：供试品色谱中，在与对照品相应的位置显示相同颜色的（荧光）斑点。结论：本方法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于蛇床苦参洗剂的定性质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a TLC(Thin Layer Chromatography) method to identify Cnidium,golden cypress and herba taching in the snake bed Kushen lotion.Methods: Silica gel G thin layer plate adhered by sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is used as adhesives.Methods: Dry after the use of developer or place under the 365nm UV lamp to view.Results: Among the tested products for chromatography,the corresponding position with the reference substance showed the same color(fluorescent)spots.Conclusion: This method is simp... |
