| 摘 要： | 目的探索针刺效应产生的规律性。方法以28例成年女性单纯性肥胖患者为观察对象,辰时内电针14例、巳时内电针14例。电针主穴为减肥穴、梁丘。每天电针1次,每次30 min,每周电针5次,连续电针4 W。分析电针前后胰岛素的变化幅度与其针前基础水平的相关性。结果本组患者电针治疗4 W后胰岛素水平明显下降,而且其下降的幅度与针刺之前胰岛素的基础水平具有十分密切的直线数量关系（P〈0.01）。结论再次从数量关系角度证实了针刺的双向良性调节作用。
