| 摘 要： | 目的:观察甲地孕酮(MA)FolFox方案化疗并同步放疗对贲门癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:53例贲门癌患者随机分成实验组和对照组,所有患者均给予FolFox方案化疗并同步放疗(DT:60Gy/30F),其中实验组同时给予MA口服,观察患者治疗前后KPS评分、食欲、体重、睡眠变化情况及不良反应。结果:实验组治疗后KPS评分升高0.7,而对照组降低了10.4,两组间KPS评分在治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组治疗后食欲增加者占74.1%(20/27),对照组食欲增加者占7.7%(2/26),两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组治疗后体重增加者占51.9%(14/27),对照组体重增加者占11.5%(3/26),两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组治疗后睡眠好者占48.1%(13/27),对照组睡眠好者占26.9%(7/26),两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组未见甲地孕酮所致的严重不良反应。结论:甲地孕酮能明显提高FolFox方案化疗并同步放疗贲门癌患者的生活质量。
