| 摘 要： | 目的:总结甲状腺微小癌的诊断及治疗经验。方法:分析2008年1月至2010年1月手术治疗的85例甲状腺微小癌的临床资料。结果:超声波检查在甲状腺微小癌的诊断中具有重要价值,CT MRI及核素扫描对甲状腺微小癌的诊断作用有限,超声检查发现有特征性改变者,应尽量手术治疗。结论:B超检查显示的特征基本上能使大部分病例得到早期诊断,外科手术是甲状腺微小癌首选的治疗方法。
