| 摘 要： | 目的探索颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄常见中医证型及其分布规律。方法制定了《颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄专家调查表》,征求了全国7个省（市）21家三级甲等中医医院及中医药院校的27位长期从事中医脑病及神经内科临床研究及科研工作专家的意见。结果专家对本次研究的积极系数较高,本次研究按重要性排序来看,排序靠前的证型为肝肾亏虚痰瘀热毒阻络、阳虚痰瘀阻络、阴虚痰瘀热毒阻络、气虚痰瘀阻络等,从证型分布来看多属本虚标实证,本虚为气虚、阴虚、阳虚、肾虚;标实为痰浊、瘀血、毒邪。结论通过本次专家问卷调查,为今后进一步规范颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄中医证型分类及下一步中医药治疗奠定了基础。
