玻璃纤维桩树脂核结合烤瓷冠修复残根残冠临床应用

目的：观察玻璃纤维桩树脂核在口腔，临床修复中的应用效果。方法：选择2007年9月至2010年11月口腔科门诊治疗的92例患者106颗残根、残冠患牙，采用玻璃纤维桩加双固化树脂塑核结合烤瓷冠修复，并进行疗效观察。结果：经过6个月～2年的随访观察，92例患者106颗残根、残冠修复后失败6颗，成功100颗，成功率为94．34％。结论：玻璃纤维桩作为一种新型的桩核修复材料，具有良好的物理机械性和组织生物相容性等优势，只要适应证选择合适，操作得当，临床修复效果满意。
