| 摘 要： | 目的观察解毒去浊化瘀汤治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效,对解毒去浊化瘀汤的有效性、安全性作出评价以及肯定中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的有效性和优越性。方法将40例患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例。对照组服强的松片和雷公藤多甙片。治疗组在服强的松片和雷公藤多甙片的基础上,加服解毒去浊化瘀汤,观察患者治疗前、治疗2 W、4 W、8 W的24 h尿蛋白定量、凝血四项、临床症状及药物的副作用,治疗前后作出疗效评价。一个月总结一次,一年随访。结果治疗组在控制患者临床症状、改善实验室检查指标等方面均明显优于对照组,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示:两组均有改善血液高凝状态、降低蛋白尿的作用;但两组在改善临床症状,减少激素用量、减少激素副作用方面比较有明显差异性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论解毒去浊化瘀汤联合现代医学治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎疗效确切,且安全可靠。
