| 摘 要： | 目的传统针灸结合平衡针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察。方法把40例神经根型颈椎病患者采用大椎、天宗、风池、大柕、隔俞、阳陵泉、外关、C3～C6棘突旁压痛点,结合平衡针灸中的颈痛穴(BP-UE9)进行针刺治疗后,比较用平衡针结合头针治疗后不同年龄阶段的疗效及不同病程所取得的临床疗效。结果传统针灸结合平衡针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病有效率为90%以上。结论传统针灸结合平衡针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的病程越短,疗效越好,年龄越小,疗效越好。
