摘    要:目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)评价肾小球滤过率(GFR)的应用价值。方法:检测528例患者的CysC和GFR等指标,用Pearson法分析CysC和GFR之间的相关性,用曲线估计法推导出由CysC计算GFR的公式。比较CysC、血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)诊断肾功不全的灵敏度和特异度。结果:CysC与GFR呈负相关,用曲线估计法得出方程GFR=77.2×CysC-1.136。CysC诊断肾功不全的灵敏度为90.1%,特异度为94.3%,均高于BUN和Cr。CysC的ROC曲线下面积大于BUN和Cr。结论:CysC是评价肾小球滤过率良好的指标,其诊断肾功能不全有较高的灵敏度和特异度。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of Cystatin-C(CysC) on evaluating glomerular filtration rate(GFR).Methods: 528 cases were involved.Pearson correlation analysis and curve estimation were used to reveal the relationship between CysC and GFR.To compared the sensitivity and specificity among CysC,blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) on diagnosing renal dysfunction.Results: CysC was negatively correlated with GFR.Equation GFR=77.2×CysC-1.136 was created by curve estimation.The sensitivity and specificity of CysC on diagnosing renal dysfunction was 90.1% and 94.3% respectively,which were higher than BUN and Cr.Area under the curve(AUC) of CysC was bigger than BUN and Cr.Conclusions: CysC is a good index of evaluating GFR,and it is sensitive and specific on diagnosing renal dysfunction.
