| 摘 要： | 目的观察《回回药方》"哈必法而非荣丸"治疗缺血性中风恢复期患者的临床疗效及对其血清TNF-α和IL-6水平的影响。方法将符合入选标准的病例半随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对两组患者治疗前后临床症状、神经功能缺损积分、血清TNF-α和IL-6水平的变化进行观察和分析。结果两组治疗前后比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组比较:临床神经功能缺损积分、血清TNF-α和IL-6的差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论《回回药方》"哈必法而非荣丸"对治疗缺血性中风恢复期患者能够显著改善症状、提高神经功能缺损积分、降低血清TNF-α和IL-6水平,并能积极有效地干预缺血性中风恢复期的病理进程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of XX in Huihui Formulary for the treatment of ischemic stroke in recovery phase and its effects on serum TNF-αand IL-6.Methods The cases satisfied the selection requirement were semi randomly divided into the therapeutic group（30 cases） and the control group（30 cases）.The changes of clinical symptoms,nerve function damage score,the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-6 before and after the treatment were observed and analyzed.Results The difference between the two groups before and after the treatment was significant（P0.01）.The differences of nerve function damage score,the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-6 between the therapeutic and the control groups were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion XX in Huihui Formulary can obviously improve the symptoms and nerve function damage score,and reduce the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-6 for patients with ischemic stroke in recovery phase.It can also effectively intervene the pathological course of ischemic stroke in recovery phase. |
