| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨帕金森病(PD)患者运动功能障碍的影响因素。方法:93例PD患者接受了调查。采用PD统一评分量表(UPDRS)评估患者各项运动功能障碍如震颤、肌强直、动作缓慢、面部表情、语言表达和中轴(步态和姿势)损伤。分析患者的性别、年龄、发病年龄、病程、受教育情况、治疗情况与UPDRS评分的相关性。结果:患者的UPDRS评分与认知水平和年龄显著相关;震颤与病程相关。回归分析显示患者年龄是影响UPDRS评分及中轴损伤的主要因素。结论:PD患者中轴损伤症状可能源于正常衰老和疾病本身共同作用的结果,在治疗中应重视老年患者的中轴运动损伤症状。 |
