| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双气囊内镜(DBE)在疑似小肠源性消化道出血诊治中的应用价值。方法:选择90例疑似小肠源性消化道出血的患者行DBE检查,对结果进行分析,并对发现阳性病灶的患者进行6~12个月的随访。结果:以最终随访结果为诊断依据,本组患者中DBE的诊断阳性率为80.0%(72/90)。检出阳性病灶中以血管性病变最多,占43.1%(31/72);其次分别为憩室(15.3%,11/72)和小肠肿瘤(13.9%,10/72)。因DBE发现阳性病灶指导外科手术并获临床痊愈者32例,占被发现阳性病灶患者的44.4%(32/72)。结论:DBE对明确疑似小肠源性消化道出血的病因并开展相应内镜下治疗及指导手术治疗均具有重要意义。
