上海市卢湾区世博会公共卫生保障能力预评估

目的分析2010年上海世博会存在的公共卫生风险,做好应急保障准备。方法引入风险管理思路,借鉴国内外大型活动的公共卫生保障准备经验,开展对策的探讨。结果通过梳理和分析表明,存在着传染病疫情、食品和生活饮用水安全、高温中暑等公共卫生风险,但是资源的储备(尤其是能力)和协调沟通方面还存在着差距。结论需通过风险评估过程,改善应急管理,对世博会的公共卫生保障提供对策和依据。

Pre-assessment of supportive capabilities for public health during EXPO 2010 in Luwan district Shanghai China

[ Objective] To analyzes the public health face possible emergencies. [ Methods ] Risk management risks in EXPO was introduced 2010 Shanghai China and prepare to for decision making and planning. [Results] Through analysis, it showed that there existed public health risks, including infectious diseases, water related diseases, foodbome illness and heatstroke etc, and there was the capability gap between the preparation and responding. [ Conclusion] These risk preassessment information can be used to predict and design strategies for EXPO 2010 and improve urgent management.
