傈僳族学龄儿童营养现况调查

目的 :了解云南山区傈僳族学龄儿童营养现况 ,以便采取进一步的营养改善措施 .方法 :采用整群随机抽样 ,对 2 2 5名 7～ 15岁的小学生进行身高、体重测量 .结果 :2 2 5名小学生的营养不良率、超重率、肥胖率分别为 14 2 %、 11 6 %、 2 7% ;轻度营养不良率男女生分别为 8 0 %、 18 6 % ;中度营养不良率为1 8% (女生 ) ;超重率男女生分别为 10 7%、 12 4 % ;肥胖率为 5 3% (女生 ) .结论 :傈僳族小学生中营养不良与营养过剩同时存在 .对学生进行营养知识宣传教育 ,调整膳食结构 ,培养学生良好的饮食行为、合理营养、平衡膳食尤为重要 .

Survey of Current Nutrition Status in Pupils of Lisu Minority

Objective: To find out the current nutrition status of the Lisu pupils in order to adopt further measures for the nutritional amelioration. Methods: T he data of weight, height of 225 pupils from 7 to 15 by randomized cluster sampl ing,. Results: The rate of malnutrition, overweight and obesity was 14 2%, 11 6% and 2 7% respectively. The rate of mild malnutrition was 8 0 % in boys and 18 6% in girls. The rate of moderate malnutrition was 1 8% in girls. The overw eight rate was 10 7% in boys and 12 4% in girls. The obesity rate was 5 3% in girls. Conclusion: The malnutrition and overnutrition coexist in Lisu pupils. I t is very important to have a nutritional knowledge education to pupils, adjust dietary pattern and bring up a set of rational diet behaviors.[
