紫外分光光度法同时测定双组分体系中阿司匹林和水杨酸含量

摘    要:目的建立紫外分光光度法(UV法)同时测定双组分体系中阿司匹林和水杨酸含量的方法。方法扫描双组分样品的吸收峰,根据吸收度的加和性原理,以阿司匹林的浓度和水杨酸的浓度为未知项组成二元一次方程组,通过求解方程组得到各自的真实浓度。结果测得的阿司匹林平均回收率为(100.32±0.84)%,水杨酸平均回收率为(99.95±0.81)%。结论UV法方便快捷,准确可靠,适用于阿司匹林和水杨酸组成的双组分体系的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a calculation method for the simultaneous determination of aspirin (ASP) and salicylic acid (SA) by UV spectrometry. Methods The samples containing both aspirin and salicylic acid were scanned from 230 nm to 320 nm, and the calculation equations were set up according to the Beer- Lambert Law. Results The mean recovery rate of ASP was (100. 32 ± 0.84)%, and that of SA was (99. 95 ±0. 81)%. Conclusion The special UV method is accurate and convenient for the determination of the mixture of ASP and SA.
