| 摘 要： | 目的:观察小剂量左旋甲状腺素对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者的治疗作用。方法:对34例亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者,给予小剂量左旋甲状腺素治疗,比较治疗前后患者的临床症状和血脂变化。结果:治疗后患者血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),部分患者的症状缓解。结论:小剂量左旋甲状腺素可明显降低亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的血脂,缓解患者的临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of low dose of levothyroxine on the subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:34 subclinical hypothyroidism patients were treated by low dose of levothyroxine, the serum lipids and the symptoms after treatment were compared with that before treatment.Results:After treatment the levels of serum tota1 cholestero1,low density lipoprotein were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05)and the patients showed amelioration in symptoms.Conclusion:The low dose of levothyroxine can significantly decrease the serum lipid level of the patients with subclinical hypothyroidism and ameliorate the symptom. |
