摘    要:为研究高原低氧环境对人体的影响,测试了移居高原(海拔3680m和4350m)不同时间的受试者的基础和体力指标,并与海拔3680m地区的藏族世居者进行比较。研究发现,低氧对身高、体重、肺活量、握力、背力、仰卧起坐、俯卧撑和60m计时跑等无明显影响。晨脉在进入高原初期较高,15月后恢复正常。移居者1000m跑成绩低于世居者,高海拔成绩不如低海拔。世居者Vo2maX和HRmax与平原人相比,有明显区别,移居者居住7~15月后,此两项指标可接近世居者水平,高海拔者则相对较低。

Abstract:In this study physical capacity of the migrators to the high altitude at3680m and 4350m above sea level for various periods were compared with that of the na-tive residents at 3680m. The results showed that the hypoxic environment had no effecton body weight and height ,vital capacity , gripping power, 60m run time , etc.Themorning pulse of the migrators was higher in the early period but became normal after 7to 15 months. The time for 1000m run of the migrators was longer than that of nativeresidents and the difference was very significant(P<0.01). The running time of themigrators at 3680m altitude was shorter than that at 4350m , but the difference was notsignificant(P>0.05). The absolute values(L/min)of Vo2max of the native residentswas significantly less than that of the plainsmen(P<0.01) ,but the relative values(ml/kg.min) were similar.The Vo2max and HRmax of migrators were significantly dif-ferent from those of the natives during the early period , but after 7 to 15 months stay atthe high altitude ,the two indexes in the migrators reached the level of the natives.Itcould be considered that after 7 to 15 months stay at the high altitude ,the migrators wereacclimatized to the hypoxic environment and their physical capacity became steady andwill increase no longer. In general ,the migrators could not reach the level of acclimationto the hypoxic environment as the native residents.
