离断性输尿管成形术治疗先天性下腔静脉后输尿管合并结石

目的探讨下腔静脉后输尿管合并结石的诊治。方法对11例下腔静脉后输尿管合并结石的临床资料回顾性分析。结果11例均在术前确诊,10例进行手术治疗,术后痊愈出院,随访1、2年,输尿管造影无狭窄,肾功能改善。结论下腔静脉后输尿管合并结石的诊断主要依赖腹部平片、静脉肾盂造影及逆行插管造影,磁共振是一种无创伤性检查方法,离断性输尿管成形加取石术是治疗下腔静脉后输尿管合并结石的主要手术方式。

Dismembered ureteroplasty for the treatment of retrocaval ureter combined calculus

Objective] To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of retrocaval ureter combined calculus. Methods] 11 cases of retrocaval ureter combined calculus were retrospectively reviewed. Results] The preoperative diagnosis established in all cases. Operation underwent on 10 cases and all were cured postoperatively. With 1 to 2 years follow-up, no stricture found in anastomosis according to ureterography and renal function improved. Conclusion] The diagnosis of the retrocaval ureter is mainly depended on KUB, IVU, retrograde urography. Magnetic urography is invasive diagnostic approach. Dismembered ureteroplasty associated with lithotomy is ideal approach for the treatment of retrocaval ureter combined calculus.
