| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性白血病患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和疾病病情及预后的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测59例急性白血病患者和10例对照者血清sICAM-1水平。结果急性髓系白血病/急性淋巴细胞白血病初治组、未缓解组的血清sICAM-1显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),完全缓解组和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),未缓解组显著高于完全缓解组(P<0.05)。结论检测急性白血病患者血清sI-CAM-1水平对判断急性白血病患者的病情和预后有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the levels of serum soluble intracellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in acute leukemia patients and its clinical implications.Method:We used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to determine the levels of serum sICAM-1 of 59 patients with acute leukemia and 10 healthy person as control group.Result:In acute myeloid leukemia patients and acute lymphoblast leukemia patients, the mean levels of serum sICAM-1 in newly diagnosed group, non-remission group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P < 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between complete remission group and control group ( P > 0.05 ). Group was markedly higher than complete remission group.Conclusion:The level of serum sICAM-1 is significant to evaluate prognosis and condition of acute leukemia patients. |
