| 摘 要： | PTEN是1997年发现的具有双重特异性磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因,PTEN基因通过PI3K/Akt途径、MAPK/ERK途径、FAK等途径发挥其脂质磷酸酶和蛋白磷酸酶活性。PTEN基因与乳腺癌关系密切。该文综述了PTEN及其与乳腺癌相关的研究进展。

| Abstract: | PTEN discovered in 1997 is a tumor suppressor gene with dual specificity phosphatase activity.PTEN gene brings into its lipid and protein phosphatase activity through PIP3/Akt,MAPK/ERK,FAK pathways.PTEN gene is closely related with breast cancers.This paper reviewed about the recent developments in the study of PTEN and its relation with breast cancer. |
