子宫动脉栓塞术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫腺肌症效果观察

摘    要:目的观察子宫动脉栓塞术联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-α)治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月-2019年4月成都市妇女儿童中心医院接诊的子宫腺肌症患者66例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组33例。对照组给予子宫动脉栓塞术治疗,研究组给予子宫动脉栓塞术联合GnRH-α治疗。对比2组患者的疼痛评分、子宫体积及月经量。结果研究组患者疼痛评分、子宫体积及月经量均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论子宫动脉栓塞术联合GnRH-α治疗子宫腺肌症效果较好,可显著缩小患者子宫体积,缓解痛经症状,可推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization combined with gonadotropinreleasing hormone agonist(GnRH-α)in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 66 adenomyosis patients admitted to Chengdu Women’s&Children’s Center Hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with uterine artery embolization,and the study group was treated with uterine artery embolization combined with GnRH-α.The pain score,uterine volume and menstrual volume of the two groups were compared.Results Patients in the study group had better pain scores,uterine volume,and menstrual volume than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Uterine artery embolization combined with GnRH-αfor adenomyosis patients has an ideal clinical effect,which can significantly reduce the uterine volume of adenomyosis patients and relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms,and should be vigorously promoted and applied.
