大肠息肉的中医病名探讨

大肠息肉是大肠黏膜上的隆起性病变,临床症状常不明显。对于大肠息肉的中医病名,在中医外科教材、诊疗指南及相关文献中记述有息肉痔、悬胆痔、垂珠痔、樱桃痔、肠覃、石瘕、积聚、癥瘕等。对大肠息肉现有病名的合理性进行分析。对肠溜可以作为大肠息肉的中医病名进行探讨,从病位、病机、转归、鉴别等方面认为肠溜比较符合大肠息肉的特点,可以考虑作为大肠息肉的中医病名。

Discussion on the nomenclature of large intestine polyps in traditional Chinese medicine

The polyp in the large intestine is a protuberant lesion on the mucosa of the large intestine, and its clinical symptoms are often not obvious. As regard to the TCM disease name of large intestine polyp, many items were recorded in TCM surgical textbooks, guidelines and related literature, such as polypoid hemorrhoids, xuandan hemorrhoids, chuizhu hemorrhoids, cherry hemorrhoids, intestinal mushroom, stone masses, jiju and concretions and conglomerations, etc. The rationality of the existing names of large intestine polyps was analyzed. This paper discussed the TCM disease names of large intestine polyps, and considered that "changliu" was suitable for the characteristics of large intestine polyp from the aspects of disease location, pathogenesis, outcome and identification. The name of "changliu" can be considered as the TCM disease name for large intestine polyps.
