穴位埋线在治疗失眠症中的应用

失眠症是以入睡困难和睡眠维持困难为特征,进而引起睡眠质量和时间达不到正常生理需求,导致患者无法正常生活和工作的一种主观体验。穴位埋线是将医用羊肠线植入相应腧穴,通过长期持久地刺激腧穴来起到治疗作用。中医特色穴位埋线疗法因其价廉效高、操作简单方便逐渐被运用于失眠症的治疗中。基于中医和西医两方面探讨穴位埋线的治疗机制。从穴位埋线的辨证选穴规律、单用穴位埋线法、穴位埋线联合中医其他特色疗法、穴位埋线联合中药治疗、穴位埋线联合西药治疗、穴位埋线联合认知行为疗法等方面对穴位埋线治疗失眠症的临床应用研究进行论述,以求更好地指导临床与研究。

Application of acupoint catgut embedding in treating insomnia

Insomnia is characterized by difficulty in falling asleep and maintaining sleep. As a result, the quality and time of sleep cannot meet normal physiological needs, and patients cannot live and work normally. Acupoint embedding is the implantation of the medical intestine line into the corresponding acupoints, through long-lasting stimulation of the acupoints to play a therapeutic role. Because of its low price, high efficiency, simple and convenient operation, acupuncture point embedding therapy has been gradually applied in the treatment of insomnia. Based on traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, this article aimed to explore the treatment mechanism of acupoint embedding. It discussed its clinical application in insomnia from the dialectical selection rules of the acupoint catgut embedding, single acupuncture point embedding method, acupuncture point embedding in combination with other specific traditional Chinese medicine therapies, acupuncture point embedding in combination with traditional Chinese medicine therapy, acupuncture point embedding in combination with Western medicine therapy, acupuncture point embedding in combination with cognitive behavioral therapy in order to better guide clinical practice and research.
