摘    要:缺血性心脏病是世界范围内高发病率和高死亡率的疾病之一,持续的缺血最终导致心肌梗死。心包脂肪作为邻近心脏的组织结构,可能通过内分泌或旁分泌作用参与缺血性心脏病的发生和发展。缺血性心脏病患者心外膜脂肪组织的体积、厚度以及密度均发生明显改变,且与疾病的不良风险因素和严重程度密切相关。心包脂肪中的免疫细胞及其分泌产物分别通过不同的方式参与缺血性心脏病。本文主要对心包脂肪在缺血性心脏病患者诊断和预后评价中的作用以及心包脂肪参与缺血性心脏病发生、发展的机制进行综述。

Abstract:Ischemic heart disease(IHD) is a serious health problem worldwide due to its high mortality and morbidity. Severe and persistent ischemia finally lead to myocardial infarction(MI). Recent studies found that pericardial fat, as a tissue structure adjacent to the heart, is involved in the development of IHD through endocrine or paracrine pathways. The volume, thickness and density of epicardial adipose tissue have been changed in IHD patients, which are closely associated with the risks and severity of IHD. Studies have revealed that immune cells including B cells, macrophages, innate lymphoid cells and molecules such as miRNA contribute to IHD via distinct mechanisms. In this article we review the roles of pericardial fat in the occurrence and progress of IHD and discuss its potential application in diagnosis and prognosis of IHD patients.
