化州柚不同栽培品种总黄酮及柚皮苷含量的比较研究

摘    要:目的通过对化州柚不同栽培品种总黄酮和柚皮苷的含量考察,分析比较不同品种间的质量差异,为进一步筛选优良品种,实现该药材资源的合理应用和规范化种植奠定坚实基础。方法以柚皮苷为对照品,利用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,HPLC法测定柚皮苷含量。结果大茶岭和凤尾中总黄酮分别为19.24%,18.06%;柚皮苷的含量分别为11.72%,12.38%,均明显高于其他栽培品种。结论不同栽培品种的化州柚中总黄酮和柚皮苷的含量均不相同,大茶岭和凤尾这两个品种的品质可能较其他品种好。
