我国男性成年人血清游离核黄素浓度正常范围的探讨

目的探讨我国男性成年人血清游离核黄素浓度的正常范围。方法选择分布于我国南北地区11个调查点、接受集中供膳的健康男性成年人317例,采用膳食调查、体格检查、4h核黄素尿负荷试验法评价核黄素营养状况,同时采用高效液相法测定血清游离核黄素浓度。结果各调查点膳食核黄素摄入量1.0mg～1.7mg,4h核黄素尿负荷试验结果表明各调查点人员核黄素营养状况有较大的差异,体格检查发现18人有核黄素缺乏症状,通过计算得出我国男性成年人血清游离核黄素浓度的下限为10.0nmol/L,上限为30.0nmol/L。结论建议我国男性成年人血清游离核黄素浓度的正常范围暂定为10.0～30.0nmol/L,有关核黄素充裕和缺乏时的血清游离核黄素浓度范围尚需进一步研究探讨。

STUDY ON THE NORMAL REFERENCE FOR SERUM FREE RIBOFLAVIN CONCENTRATION IN CHINESE MALE ADULTS

Objective To investigate the normal reference for serum free riboflavin concentration in Chinese male adults. Method Three hundreds and seventeen male adults were recruited from different regions. Dietary survey, physical examination and 4h riboflavin urinary load test were used to evaluate the riboflavin status. Serum free riboflavin concentration was determined by HPLC assay. Results Dietary riboflavin intake among different regions ranged from 1.0-1.7 mg. The results of 4 h riboflavin urinary load test suggested that the riboflavin status was significantly different among the subjects from different regions. Eighteen persons were found to have the signs of riboflavin deficiency. It was calculated that the low limit of normal riboflavin concentration was 10 nmol/L and the upper limit 30 nmol/L. Conclusion The normal reference of serum free riboflavin concentration is recommended from 10 nmol/L to 30 nmol/L for Chinese male adults. The concentration for assessment of riboflavin deficiency or sufficiency is remained to be further investigated.
