鼻咽癌肝转移放射治疗的临床价值（附16例分析）

目的探讨鼻咽癌肝转移行肝脏姑息性放射治疗的的临床价值。方法回顾性分析16例行肝脏姑息性放射治疗鼻咽癌肝转移患者的临床特点、治疗效果及不良反应。结果联合化疗15例，肝脏放疗剂量：全肝剂量36GY（18-40GY），肝转移灶60GY（32-66GY）；完全缓解（CR）5例、部分缓解（PR）6例，2例长期生存；中位生存期20个月（7-77个月）；4例轻度急性放射性肝损害，无治疗相关性死亡。结论鼻咽癌肝转移行肝脏姑息性放射治疗有一定的临床价值．建议开展随机对照临床试验进一步研究。

The Role of Radiotherapy in Patients with Liver Metastasis from Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (Sixteen Cases Report)

Objective To define the role of palliative radiotherapy in patients with liver metastasis from nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Method Six-teen patients with liver metastasis from NPC were included in this study. The clinical characteristics, therapeutic effect and side effect were reviewed. Result Fif-teen out of sixteen patients were received chemotherapy. The mean dose to the whole liver was 36 gray (from 18 to 40 gray). The mean dose to the liver metasta-sis was 60 gray (from 32 to 66 gray). Five patients achieved complete remission, six achieved partial remission, and two achieved long term survival. The mean survival was 20 months (from 7 to 77 months). Four patients developed lower grade of hepatic lesion, but there was no treatment-related death. Conclusion Pa-tients with liver metastasis from NPC may receive benefit from palliative radiotherapy, but further random control studies were needed.
