小鼠自然衰老模型的血脂水平及抗氧化能力的评价

摘    要:目的:对小鼠自然衰老模型进行血脂及抗氧化方面的评价。方法:取15月龄和25日龄健康昆明种小鼠,分为青年组和老年组,测定其血脂中的血浆总胆固醇(TC)、血浆甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),抗氧化方面的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,血清丙二醛(MDA)的含量和单胺氧化酶(MAO)的活性,并进行比较。结果:小鼠自然衰老模型的血脂中,TC及LDL-C升高,SOD的活性降低(P〈0.05),MDA的含量显著升高(P〈0.01),MAO的活性升高(P〈0.05)。结论:自然衰老后,血脂明显增高,抗氧化的能力降低。

Abstract:Objective:To assess the level of plasma lipoprotein and the antioxidative activity in aged mice model.Methods:15 month-old and 25 day-old of Kunming species mice were divided into the young and the aged mice group.The level of plasma lipoprotein,including TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C,and plasma SOD activity,MDA level,MAO activity were studied.Result:In normal aged mice model,the levels of TC and LDL-C of the lipoprotein in plasma were increased,and the activity of SOD was decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the level of MDA in plasma and activity of MAO were increased obviously(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of plasma lipoprotein and MDA increase and the activity of SOD decreases,and MAO increases significantly in aged mice model.
