蚕蚀性角膜溃疡和梅毒螺旋体感染的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨蚕蚀性角膜溃疡和梅毒螺旋体感染的相关性.方法 取18例临床确诊为蚕蚀性角膜溃疡的患者血样进行梅毒螺旋体检测.采用梅毒特异性试验及非特异性试验联合检测法,即采用双抗原夹心酶联免疫法(TP-ELISA法)检测血清中特异性梅毒螺旋体抗体,采用梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清试验法(TRUST)检测血清中非特异性梅毒螺旋体抗体. 结果 18例蚕蚀性角膜溃疡患者年龄最小31岁,最大65岁,平均(43.9 ±11.0)岁.所有18例患者血清检测为梅毒螺旋体感染阴性. 结论 蚕蚀性角膜溃疡和梅毒螺旋体感染没有相关性.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the association between Mooren's ulcer and syphilis infection. Methods A total of 18 patients with Mooren's ulcer were screened for syphilis infection. Patients came from different parts of China.And the diagnosis of Mooren's ulcer was established by the typical ulcer morphology, detailed case history,physical examination,and comprehensive laboratory tests. The diagnosis of syphilis infection was established by serological studies for syphilis.IgG or IgM to Treponema Pallidum(TP) was detected by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays for the qualitative determination of antibodies to TP in human serum. Cardiolipin, a nontreponemal antigen,was detected by means of commercially available Venereal Disease Research Laboratory(VDRL) test for the nontreponomal test in human serum. Results There were 14 males and 4 female patients.The age of the patients ranged from 31 to 65years(mean 43.9 ±11.0). None of them found evidence of syphilis infection. Conclusions There was probably no association between Mooren's ulcer and syphilis infection.
