| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨带状疱疹后神经痛的治疗方法。②方法 应用点式直线偏振光近红外线治疗仪 (SL)治疗带状疱疹后神经痛病人 39例 (SL组 ) ,并与频谱理疗法治疗 2 0例 (对照组 )的效果进行比较。③结果 以视觉模拟评分法 (VAS)评价治疗效果 ,SL组的疗效优于与对照组 ,差异有显著性 (uc=4.48,P <0 .0 1 )。且SL治疗组副作用轻微 ,几乎无并发症 ,并可通过耐心体贴的心理护理增强治疗信心 ,增加病人的顺应性。④结论 点式直线偏振光近红外线治疗仪治疗带状疱疹后神经痛安全有效

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapy for postherpetic neuralgia(PHN). Methods 39 patients with PHN were treated with ultra red therapeutic apparatus(Treated Group) and 20 patients with frequency spectrum physiotherapy as a Control Group. The outcome was compared between the two groups. Results The response rate of Treated Group was 89.7%, and 35.0% for the Control Group. The difference was significant ( u c=4.48,P <0.01). There were mild side effects, little complications for the Treated Group. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat postherpetic neuralgia with ultra red apparatus. |
