40例甲氨蝶岭联合羟氯喹治疗类风湿关节炎临床分析

目的观察甲氨蝶呤联合羟氯喹治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效及不良反应·方法40例患者分为甲氨蝶呤联合羟氯喹组与甲氨蝶呤组，评价药物疗效及不良反应．结果甲氨蝶呤联合羟氯喹治疗组患者耐受良好，临床指标有所改善，关节压痛数、肿胀数、晨僵时间、ESR和CRP明显降低．治疗前后肝肾功能、血．尿常规比较以及眼科随访均未见明显异常改变，P〈0．05，有显著性差异．结论甲氨蝶呤联合羟氯喹治疗类风湿关节炎是一种简单、有效、安全的治疗方案．

Clinical Research of the Combination of Methotrexate and Hydroxychloroquine on Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by the combination of Methotrexate(MTX) and Hydroxychloroquine(HCQ).Methods 40 patients were divided into two groups: combination of MTX and HCQ group and MTX group.The curative effect and adverse reaction were evaluated.Results In the combination group,the tolerance of patients was good,clinical indexes had been improved and the frequencies of joint pressure pain and swelling,morning stiffness time,ESR and CRP had obviously decreased.There were no significant changes in hepatorenal function,blood and urine routing examination and ophthalmic follow-up.Conclusion Combination of Methotrexate(MTX) and Hydroxychloroquine(HCQ) is a simple,effective and safe measure to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
