妊娠期糖代谢异常孕妇血糖水平与新生儿低血糖发生的相关性分析

目的 分析妊娠期孕妇血糖水平与新生儿低血糖发生率的关系，探讨妊娠期糖代谢异常孕妇血糖的方法及其意义。方法选取1999年8月至2008年10月贵州省黔南州中医院妇产科分娩的80例妊娠期诊断为糖代谢异常孕妇，并进行血糖监测的单胎妊娠孕妇为研究对象。其中，妊娠期糖耐量减低（gestational impaired glucose tolerance，GIGT）组孕妇35例，妊娠期糖尿病型组A1型孕妇（GDMA1）组25例，妊娠期糖尿病型组A2型孕妇（GDMA2）组20例。比较三组孕妇血糖水平与新生儿低血糖水中发生率的关系。结果GIGT组、GDMA。组、GDMA：组三组孕妇所产新生儿低血糖发生率分别8．57％，8．00％，5．00％。三组间比较，差异无显著意义（P〉0．05）。三组新生儿出生后即刻血糖水平与孕妇血糖水平不相关（P=0．256，0．859，0．312）。结论孕妇妊娠期血糖水平与新生儿低血糖无明显相关性，妊娠期糖代谢异常孕妇血糖对新生儿低血糖发生的影响有限，对高危新生儿出生后的严密血糖监测、及时喂养，可能具有更重要的临床意义。

Relationship between the blood sugar level of pregnant Women with abnormal glucose metabolism and neonatal hypoglycemia

Objective：To analyze the relationship between the blood glucose level of pregnant women and the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia,and evaluate the methods and its significances of maternal blood glucose of pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism. Methods： he blood glucose level of 80 pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism from August 1999 to October 2008 were analysis retrospectively.Results：The blood glucose level of neonatal hypoglycemia and pregnant women were uncorrelated. Conclusion： There is no correlation between the neonatal hypoglycemia and the blood glucose level of pregnant women. Comprehensive monitor of the blood glucose level of high risk neonates and early feed may have important clinical significance.
