| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮腰椎间盘切吸术（PLD）治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及应用价值。方法对149例PLD患者和68例外科手术切除治疗患者的临床资料进行分析比较。结果对包容性腰椎间盘突出症PLD组与外科手术治疗组治疗效果无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但外科手术治疗组手术并发症明显高于PLD组（P〈0．05）；对非包容性腰椎间盘突出症两组治疗效果有显著性差异（P〈0．05），PLD组明显低于外科手术组。结论对包容性或单纯性腰椎间盘突出症PLD治疗明显优于外科手术，对非包容性腰椎闻盘突出症主张手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect and value of percutaneous lumbar discectomy to treat lumbar disc herniation.Methods The clinical data of 149 patients with lumbar disc hernition with percutaneous lumbar discectomy(PLD) and 68 patients with routine operations(RO) were analyzed.Results There was no difference in the curative effect between the PLD and RO,whereas there were more complication in RO than that in PLD.The effect of PLD on noncontained lumbar disc hernition was lower than that in RO(P<0.05)... |
