以微信平台强化家庭护理干预对中年高血压患者疗效的影响

目的探讨以微信平台强化家庭护理干预对中年高血压的降压疗效的影响,为临床护理工作提供理论依据。方法将80例Ⅰ～Ⅱ级中年高血压患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例,两组同时应用降压药物,并定期微信平台提供健康宣教、用药事项、咨询互动和搓痧保健,但对照组的微信平台只针对患者本人,而观察组微信平台同时针对患者和家属(配偶、子女、父母),并且每周对家属进行强化干预。于12周后进行评估。结果观察组的服药依从性明显优于对照组(P0.01);患者健康行为和生存质量也高于对照组(P0.05);同时观察组较对照组的收缩压和舒张压下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论通过微信平台强化家庭护理干预,能有效改善高血压患者服药依从性,规范患者的健康行为,提高患者的生存质量,综合提高患者的降压水平。

Therapeutic effect of WeChat intensive home nursing intervention on middle-aged patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the antihypertensive effect of home nursing intervention on middle-aged hypertension patients with WeChat platform,and provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing work.Methods 80 patients with grade I-II hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The two groups were given antihypertensive drugs at the same time.The regular WeChat platform provided health education,medication,counseling and interaction,rubbing health care.But the WeChat platform of the control group was only for the patients themselves,while WeChat platform of the observation group targets both patients and their families(spouse,children,parents),and strengthened the family members every week.The evaluation was carried out after 12 weeks.Results The medication compliance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The health behavior and quality of life of the observation group were also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in the observation group compared with those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening home care intervention through WeChat platform can effectively improve the compliance of patients with hypertension,standardize the health behavior of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and comprehensively improve the level of blood pressure in patients.
