| Abstract: | Lymphocyte chromosome studies before and after allogenic graft of a Fanconi's anemia (FA) patient showed that chromosome breakage disappeared following grafting. The fact that this condition was maintained up to 36 months after grafting demonstrates that the defect responsible for chromosome breakage lies in the FA cell itself. |
