| 摘 要： | 根据类风湿性关节炎活动期的临床表现特征以及现代研究成果，对活动期类风湿性关节炎的中医病机特点进行了分析，并提出了类风湿性关节炎活动期的病机应以“毒”立论，重在清热解毒；以“瘀”为要，功在凉血化瘀的观点。

| Abstract: | The characteristic of pathogenesis in active rheumatoid arthritis in TCM was analyzed according to the clinical findings and the results of modern research of active rheumatoid arthritis. It was proposed that the therapeutic principle must be based on the consideration of effect of toxic substances. It was emphasized that clearing heat and detoxication would be the main theraputic measure. Blood stasis was the major principle and cooling blood and removing blood stasis was the central point in treatment aim. |
