| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究胃癌组织中抑癌基因PTEN蛋白的表达及与肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)之间的相关性。方法 :应用免疫组织化学S P法检测 2 0例正常胃粘膜及 80例胃癌组织中MVD和PTEN的表达。结果 :肿瘤组织MVD明显高于正常胃粘膜组织。 2 0例正常胃粘膜组织PTEN全部阳性表达。肿瘤组织PTEN阳性率为 5 2 .5 % (4 2 80 ) ,阴性率为4 7.5 % (38 80 ) ,PTEN的表达与淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,PTEN蛋白的表达与肿瘤中MVD呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :PTEN基因突变和 或缺失可能在胃癌恶性进展和血管形成过程中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of supressor PTEN protein in gastric carcinomas and the relationship between PTEN expression and microvessel density(MVD) in the tumors. Methods: The expression of PTEN protein and MVD were examined with immunohistochemical S P method in 20 specimens of normal gastric mucous and 80 specimens of gastric carcinoma.Results:The MVD in gastric carcinomas was higher than that in normal gastric mucous( P <0.01).All normal mucous were positive for PTEN. In the 80 gastric carcinomas 52.5%(42/80) was positive for PTEN protein. The expression of PTEN was well correlated with lymph node metastasis( P <0.05).An inverse correlation was found between PTEN expression and MVD in gastric carcinoma,( P <0.01).Conclusion:The PTEN gene mutation and/or deletions might be responsible for tumor malignant progression and angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma. |
