性激素及其受体与尖锐湿疣复发的相关性

【目的】探讨性激素及其受体在女性尖锐湿疣（condyloma acuminate,CA）发病机制中的作用及其临床意义。【方法】选取2007年5月-2008年5月在我院皮肤性病科门诊就诊的女性生殖器尖锐湿疣初发患者46例,经电灼治疗后随访3个月（期间不使用任何免疫制剂）,再次复发者计入A组（26例）,未复发者计入B组（20例）。应用放免测定法检测治疗前各组血清标本中雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（Pr）和睾酮（T）的含量,应用免疫组化法检测两组患者病变组织中的雌激素受体（estrogen receptor,ER）、孕激素受体（progesterone receptor,PR）、雄激素受体（testoterone receptor,AR）的表达,分析CA复发与性激素及其受体水平的相关性。【结果】A组CA患者血清中雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（Pr）水平明显高于B组（P〈0.01）,A组CA患者病变组织中ER、PR表达量与B组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。【结论】CA复发与患者血清中E2、Pr水平呈正相关,与组织中ER、PR表达量呈正相关,性激素及其受体的检测对CA治疗的疗效观察或预测复发有一定参考价值。

Studies on the relationship between sex hormones and its recepters with relapse of condyloma acuminate

【Objective】 To investigate the role and its clinical significance of sex hormone and hormone receptors in the pathogenesis of Condyloma acuminate（CA） in female.【Methods】A totle of 46 primary infection of female genital CA followed up for 3 months after electric cautery and without immunity treatment were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according relapse or not,including 26 cases of groupA（relapsed） and 20 cases of groupB（not relapsed）.Sex hormone receptor（ER、PR、AR） in the CA lesion,as well as estranediol（E2）,progesterone（Pr）,and testoterone（T） of 20 primary female CA and 26 female relapse were measured respectively by immunohistochemical stain and radioimmunoassay.【Results】The E2 and Pr values of relapse CA were significantly higher than those of primary CA（P0.01）,The level of the ER、PR expression of relapse CA were significantly higher than those of primary CA（P 0.01）.【Conclusion】Sex hormone with its receptor examination may be useful to follow up and assessment of therapeutic effect.
