| Abstract: | Mathematics competency in nursing is an ongoing problem. The author discusses a standardized mathematics competency program based on current practices reported in nursing literature. Dimensional analysis is the method that students learn to find solutions to nursing problems that require mathematics and is important to the success of the program. |
