姜黄素对CCl4所致急性肝损伤的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的 观察姜黄素对CCl4所致急性肝损伤的保护作用.方法 将大鼠分为模型组(单纯皮下注射CCl4),低、中、高剂量姜黄素治疗组(皮下注射CCl4的同时,给予不同浓度的姜黄素腹腔注射)及正常对照组,应用光镜、电镜观察肝细胞的病理学变化.结果 模型组大鼠的肝组织呈现明显的水样变性和脂肪变性,并可见肝细胞坏死灶,姜黄素治疗组的肝细胞未见坏死改变,水样变性和脂肪变性程度减轻,以高剂量姜黄素组的治疗效果最为明显.结论 姜黄素能有效抑制CCl4所致的肝细胞损伤.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect of curcumine on acute liver injury induced by cabron tetrachlorid(CCl4) Methods The rats were divided into model group(only CCl4 hypodermic),curcumine treat-ment group (CCl4 hypodermic and curcumine injected to abdominal cavity in low, medium and high doses)and nor-real group.The pathologic changes were observed by light and electron microscope, Results The liver tissues of the rats in model group showed obvious hydropic and fatty degeneration.And the necrosis foci of hepatocytes were seen in liver tissue.Hepatocytes in curcumine treatment group foci of hepatocytes were seen in liver tissue.Hepatocytes in curcumine treatment group showed no necrotic changes,and the degree of hydropic and fatty degeneration was markedly reduced,especially in the high-dose curcumine treatment group. Conclusion Curcumine can effectively suppress hepatocytes injury induced by CCl4.
