腰椎间盘退变有限元模型的建立方法及进展

摘    要:椎间盘退变是一个极其复杂的过程,生物力学研究在探讨椎间盘退变发生及发展相关问题上有很重要的作用。早期的实验力学研究缺陷多,限制了研究的进展。本文拟介绍一种新型的力学分析技术——有限元法及其模型在椎间盘退变中的应用及进展。

Abstract:Biomechanical research plays an important part in understanding the initiation and progression of disc degeneration,which is a very complex phenomenon.The previous empirical study restricts the development of itself because of its defects.The main interest in this review is to introduce a new mechanic analytical technique-finite element method and the progress and application of ite model in intervertebral degeneration.
