| Abstract: | Accidental ingestion of phenytoin can lead to severe neurological sequelae. Charcoal hemoperfusion decreases phenytoin levels but has never been reported before in children. We present a child with accidental ingestion of phenytoin who responded to charcoal hemoperfusion. |
